Re-Posting Damielle ´s message from this morning

Dear Teachers!

I ´m re-posting the link to Damielle ´s message about avoiding the Swine flu.
I know many of you are living in contagious areas where many are coming down
with this flu and also many are scared on behalf of their children.

Remember:

Thumbs Up Wash your hands often with warm water and soap.
Thumbs Up Use paper towels
Thumbs Up Wash your computer keyboard regularly (and any other things you use with others)
Thumbs Up Don ´t hug and kiss friends if you live in contagious areas.
Thumbs Up Sleep and eat well - don ´t get stressed - rest a lot - take vitamins to keep you healthy.

Here is the link from this morning:

Stay safe

Thanks Liberty for re- posting Damielle ´s message.

I do advise many teachers here to have a look at Damielle ´s link: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/tutorials/h1n1flu/htm/_no_50_no_0.htm
This link provides you with detailed information about this flu. There is a Prevelance and Updates part which provides two important sites which might be of great help:

Another big thanks to Miss Yanis for supplying the link where many teachers discussed tips to prevent being infected by the swine flu.

Stay Safe .

Hi everybody. Mine was an informative link but I didn ´t mean to panic anybody. So please, keep calm!!!

The situation may be worse here because it ´s winter and very cold. In other countries, temperatures are warmer.

The authorities expect that the peak would take place in a fortnight. So, following the Mexican experts advice, we have to stay at home during at least ten days, which is the period when the infected people may spread the virus.
