Could you, please, use the Teachers Caf for this kind of message, and reserve the forum for teaching issues? Thank you. Have a good, happy day!Smile

Happy Children īs Day - Argentinian friends.
I īm not sure if there is a rule - but birthday wishes and national/international celebrations are still being announced on the forum. Nobody (usually...) complains. In the cafe, people share more personal thoughts, pictures, music, jokes, etc.

The issue here is that, sometimes, there are big discussion threads;  big pictures take much space, and we have to be running the side elevator up and down to follow our thread, dear friends. Have an enjoyable children īs day.Smile

It īs OK, Miri. Smile You know, the biggest we need the letters to be (old folks here...) the longest it takes to go "downstairs" and follow the other thread. Take the most of your day.

DonÂīt feel guilty mirim. You havenÂīt annoyed anybody. I think that , she is just expressing her point of view.

I agree with lilin. No important post will be missed if somebody post an international or national celebration. Big pictures do not take too much space since the number of posts is permanent on the home page. If some of your important posts are missed because of posts like these or any other (because greetings may not be the only cause of making your posts dissappear from the front page... Wink) you have the chance of posting them again!!!!Smile Heart

Sorry, ladybird but i can īt see your point. I don īt know the relationship of what I said with what you are saying. Smile

I think that now I see your point ladybird. What I mean  is that if any "important question or discussion posted on this forum dissappears from the home page because of any reasons (let īs say greeting or any other questions, suggestions, complains, etc etc), we can post the issue again and provide the link to go on with that discussion. It have been used here and, as far as I know, there īs no restrictions. What īs more, it would be advisable when the discussion is "juicy" or the question needs an urgent replay!!!
