none! you can say: I m wearing high heels or use "high-heeled shoes" which is a compound adjective and say: I m wearing high-heeled shoes.

umm .. correct if I m wrong please .. but I think high-heeled shoes is for shoes in general and high heel shoes is the term specifically used for ladies shoes with a high heel ..

In NY, we usually just say "high heels" or "heels" to describe ladies dress shoes.

I believe that "high heeled shoes" is correct, but I have never heard a native English speaker say it this way.

I think we say "I m wearing high-heeled shoes" or "I m wearing shoes with high heels"

We ladies downunder usually say:

I m wearing heels tonight, or
I m wearing high heels tonight, or
I m wearing high heeled shoes tonight (more formal).

I haven t heard of your definition before julianbr.  Maybe someone else can clarify.

Cheers - Jayho
