Q: Is it correct to say: Her mothers job is teacher?
A: No, it is not correct. The mother, not the job, is the teacher.

Hi
bloomiegirl
Thanks a lot, you made my day. I keep on telling my students this. My job is not a teacher, because if my job was a teacher I didn t need to get up early and walk to school. My job would do that for me.
LOL, I can go to bed and sleep, thanks x
bloomiegirl you are my star, the one who understands me.
