I just love your avatar
I would like to help, esp since you say you re asking for help for the 3rd time, but I m not really sure what it is that you need. Sorry! You say a response sheet. A response from whom and to what - are you referring to a sheet we should use to grade our sts, or something you d like them to fill in like a survey... Sorry, I m not being naughty, I d really love to help. Perhaps someone has it, but we call it differently!? Could you describe what it is? |

Hi wizardchildsmile, I m sorry I really can t help you with your query. Personally, I find it very hard to understand your posts. Maybe it s because I m not a native speaker. Anyway, I wonder why nobody answered. It s strange, there are lots of generous teachers here always ready to lend a hand. There might be a very reasonable explanation for their behaviour, don t you think? Have a nice day Stella

Hi there, I would love to help you too... but I don t know what you mean by response sheet. Do you mean an evaluation sheet that you have learning objectives that the students need to be able to do a certain thing before it is ticked?
If you mean an evaluation/assessment sheet then it would be different for each level of learning with different learning objectives. For example (Young learners) One learning objective could be: 1. To recognise the names of letters in the alphabet: Levelling criteria: (using numbers 1,2,3,4.... or letters a,b,c,d...)
a)Can recognise the letters in their name b)Can recognise and name some of the letters with guidance c)Can recognise and name most of the letters d)Can independently recognise and name the letters of the alphabet with confidence.
If an evaluation sheet with criteria is not what you mean then I am really sorry but I am not sure what you are after :-)
If it IS what you are after then maybe we will be able to point you in the right direction :-) The level and age of your students is also really important here!

Just one thing Wizardchildsmile - this isn t a mobile phone, it s a messageboard. It really bothers me that you use mobile phone English. I can t stand when people write I with a small i and U and 4 and R. I never even take the time to read those kinds of messages. We re all English teachers here, we should write like teachers. I don t mean to sound crabby, that s just the way it is. L

I have to disagree with you, dear wizard. This is a forum for discussing language matters and all of us are professionals. So writing properly is the least we can do out of respect towards this community.
