Hi Everyone:)
Does anyone know any good books on creating groups? Different kinds of groups. I work with adults and i want to be able to move them around a little to break up the monotony.

Hi Belles,
I usually ask them things like "Who likes black chocolate better than white chocolate?" the ones who raised their hands will form a group and the other will form the other group.
You can use things like colors, fruits, cities and on. The best part is that they get to know each other better. They realize they have more in common than they �ve guessed.
