HELP NEEDED

I m pretty lousy as far as computers are concerned. Nevertheless, I m creating a worksheet about art movements. I d like one of the exercises to be a spiral. I ve already created it thanks to a website provided here: http://www.festsite.com/text-layout/

The problem is that it is saved in Adobe Reader 9, which I have, but now I just don t know how to insert the spiral in my worksheet! Can somebody please help me?

Thanks in advance!

I recommend Icha Cantero s tutorial, which has been the most helpful for me.
Copy the text and paste it into Paint (it is on most computers). There, you can save it as an image - you have different choices , but .jpeg is the best one. Your image will be saved. Then go to My images and you can crop it if you wish, and it is ready to paste in the document you are working on (you can resize it, move it, etc.).
I hope this helps. Good luck!

Sorry, I forgot to say that you can simply copy it and paste it directly into a word document if it is not too heavy.
The trouble with Paint is that the letters look a bit blurred if they are too small.
