while trying to upload my worksheet I encounter this message

The system cannot find the file specified.

What does it mean? can anyone explain to me plz?

I had the same problem yesterday evening, but today I could upload the worksheet.
Try again later or tomorrow. Maybe we are all trying at the same time and the system isn �t working properly.
