I need to know an inforomal way to say " you don�t have anything to do"( Argentinian people would say "estas muy al pedo"

or

Actually, there is a phrasal verb that means pretty much the same: "fart around". Mind you, it �s BrE

fart around (BrE also fart about)(taboo, slang) to waste time by behaving in a silly way

You can also use the expressions:
killing time
wasting time
fool around
laze around
