Word Order and Classification of Adverbs

Happy Friday Everybody!

I have been researching a lesson in word order and am a little confused on how to classify adverbs and would love to hear any rules for classification and word order of adverbs as well as any "tricks" for easily remembering them.

So far I have found the following classifications (they seem to over-step each other though):
frequency, time, manner, degree, comment, place, certainty, focusing adverbs, ?

I have downloaded most of the word order worksheets from this site already--they help, but Im looking for more.

Thanks,

Douglas

Morning Douglas....
Well...sometimes adverbs are really an issue...
so here goes...and hope it s helpful in some way...
As we all know adverbs are usually placed at the end of a sentence:
(1) adverbs of manner: slowly, hard
(2) adverbs of place: here, in the garden
(3) adverb of time: every day
He work hard in the garden everyday

However
With verbs that express movement the order is different:
(1) place (2) manner  (3) time
I saw him walk to the station in a hurry yestrday

And...if there are alot of adverbs in the sentence then the adver that is smaller in size goes before the bigger... in size....Confused
His parents have retired to a small villa / in a village by the sea / outside Corinth / Greece...

So I hope this is clear or you...
Have  a nice day
