Word of the Day Winner!

I had a difficult choice to make; there were three terrific entries for "vimineous." I liked almaz s description of Francis Bacon subjects using "Vim" scouring toothpaste (and manonski s accompanying picture was hilarious); cauffeepot s theory that it s an alternate of "venomous" was interesting; but I have to give it to gabitza with

"VIMINEOUS = Vigourous Interlude during Menopause with Intelligent but Neurotic, Emotional, Overreacting and Unstable Spouse." (That was so true! Just ask my poor long-suffering husband.)

All three "daffynitions" were much more interesting than the real definition "made from wicker."

So congratulations, gabitza! It s back to you!
