I don īt know if this is the right place to ask questions but I couldn īt find another way. Can anyon e tell me if the foollowing expression is grammatically correct and if not why?
 
It īs the first time I īve ever eaten seafood.

Yes, it īs correct.

With:

This is/It īs the first/second/third/only etc time + present perfect

It was the frist/fifth/tenth/only etc time + past perfect

the last time can take a variety of tenses:

E.g. That was the last time I spoke to him.
       This is the last time I īll give you loan.

 Thanks for answering I had an argument with someone who says it īs not correct because you can īt use It īs the first time  with ever. Have a lovely week.
