Hello,
Maybe we can share some e-shops for cheap books and stuff useful for teaching.
Levn� knihy - the chain of cheap bookshops in the Czech republic:

They sell exercise books for 2-5 US dollars. Their offer is very limited about 3-5 books per month. But there are usually 2 new books every month.

The keyword is "Angličtina", "Anglicky" etc. (=English)
This one is in English only. Unfortunately it �s sold out today...
They also sell colouring books for 1-2 dollars.
