But please try using a programme that will delete your temp files and so on then try again with your word doc.

Hope this will do the trick for you......as it sounds like your temp folder is high and needs to be wiped clean.
The programme I use is............ advanced system optimizer.

sometimes it happens to me too, especially when I �m using more windows and programs at the same time.

I don �t know the reason of it (overcharged?!). I googled the message " Microsoft Word error �800a13e9 � - insufficient memory" but I couldn �t find a safe/good answer.
