JAPANESE TEACHERS

Hello friends,
this email is for those Japanese teachers in the site. Its too long since we last knew about the situation in your country.Nowadays,  it seems as if the Tvs and newspapers have forgotten about the disaster. I would like you to tell us something about how things are going on there! Many people cant forget you are still suffering though the impression of oblivion the mass media is trying  to show!
Gob Bless you all!
MARIA

Hi Maria,

I live more than 1000 kms from the earthquake/tsunami zone and just like in Spain the story has almost disappeared from local TV and people s minds. Even the collection boxes are disappearing, but the reality is that not much has changed in the region and that it will be many years before things get back to some kind of normality for the people of that region.

Below are a couple of articles related to teaching in the disaster zone.

Thanks very much for your continued concern.

David
