hello there!

A few days ago i was chatting about romanticism and the feeling of nostalgia.

And someone commented by saying:

"as long as your not old misery"

Can you please explain this expression? I would be grateful!

Thanks in advance.

Old misery - a person who is always unhappy and complaining
So as long as you are not that kind of person:)
