Five senses

Hi everybody! I d need some material about five senses topic to 8 years-old child. He has lots of problems with concentration, then it s better to get funny or motivating activities.

Can you help me?

Thanks in advance.

Memory games are fantastic for building focus and concentration.
But to be honest - I dont really know many 8 year olds who are that interested in senses!
they are more interested in pets, friends, hobbies, games, films, friendship, family, music, school,
holidays, birthdays, sports and vacations.  Dont you think it would be better to teach him something
closer to home and his own life, than the senses?
If a child is interested in something, you usually can keep them focused.
The topic you choose should be based on their interests and not your own.
When youve found a topic he is really, really interested in, then vary your methods to keep him interested - for example songs, games, chants, memory games and flash cards or what ever you can find.
A child of 8 is still a child.

This website is great for finding anything related to Science for children. I have taught the five senses using their worksheets.
