I want to ask ;

A: I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO pARİS.

It s negative, so "Me, neither" (with the comma).

Right you are yanogator !
the "n" before "ever" shows you it is negative. So: - Me, neither .... or .... - Neither have I.

"Me too" is for something, talked about, you ve also done.
ex:
I ve been to Paris.  - Me too.

yes, me neither or neither have I
why the comma? I would write it like that, without a comma.

It s a grammar rule that "too", "either" and "neither" all need a comma.

I want one, too.
I don t like it, either.
Me, neither.  (but, of course, no comma if "neither" comes at the beginning)
