COULD YOU POSSIBLY GIVE ME SOME TECHNIQUES IN TEACHING INTONATION PLEASE?

I remember as a student at university I had to draw all those intonation patterns for the tapes in the language lab:) Though it seemed boring at that time, it really helped master the pronunciation more smoothly.

Elastic bands: stretch them on long syllables, contract on short.
Hand towels: twist them tightly on stressed words or syllables, then relax.
Syllable clapping (softly): clap high on raised intonation, clap regular when flat.
Erasers: count out the syllabes in words or sentences by tapping an eraser on your desk.
Voice: raise or lower your voice on stressed words or syllables. Lengthen or shorten the words on stressed words or syllables. Make your voice quieter or louder on stressed words or syllables.
Use chants, songs and ditties in class.
