hi
According to OxfordAdvanced Learner s dictionary: troublesome (adj) means giving trouble or causing trouble.
troublrmaker (n) is aa person who often causes trouble, esp by involving others in the trouble. In other words. troublesome is not related to people only. (a troublesome cough) but troublemaker is related to people only.
Hope this answer helps you understand the differece between the two words.
