Which sentence should I use :

a) I �ve some announcement to make.

b) I �ve some announcements to make.

c) I �ve a few announcements to make.

To expound a bit on Lynne �s answers, "announcement" is a count noun. That means that you use "some," "a few,", or "a lot of" with the plural form. You would use "an" with the singular form (not "a" because "announcement" starts with a vowel sound). By the way, in the USA, we rarely use "have" in a contraction if it is the main verb. We tend to use the contraction only if "have" is an auxiliary verb for the perfect tenses.
