I use microsoft powerpoint and then convert them into flash with ispring suite.

This is a great game. It is not boring at all.  
 
I would like to imitate teh idea but I will not use powerpoint though but rather printed words because it is a very good way to have more word recognition, reading, sentence construction and speaking exercises.
