Bingo cards can be very different. It s up to you how many columns and rows you make  for each card. The bigger the cards are the longer it takes to play for a winner... Have a look here : Bingo Card Generator

Hello.
I have prepared several bingo games. School vocabulary upcoming tomorrow.
I use http://eslactivities.com/ to upload the pictures or write the words.
You can choose different grid sizes from 2x2 to 5x5 it depends on the number of words and also on the age / level of your students.
The younger the students are the smaller grid you choose. I usually choose 3x3.
However, with so many words (80) I would choose at least 5x4 or 5x5;
otherwise the students get bored because none of the words on their bingo card is selected for a long time.
You can also choose how many bingo cards you want to have.
Good luck with your bingo game.
If you have any questions, send me a private message.
