SUBMITTING PPTs -- TECH SOS

With annoying regularity, I ll try to upload a ppt and it will tell me I have exceeded the 3 MB limit. However, when I check the size on my saved file, it tells me I am under 3 MB.  I generally have to shave it down to around 2.75-ish to get the system to accept it.

Does this happen to anybody else? If not, what am I doing wrong? It doesn t sound like much, but sometimes that 0.25 can be the difference in really nice ppt vs. one that s just meh,,,,,,

Thanks! (My OCD-ness is showing. Can you tell?)

That is strange, because the limit is set to 3,050MB.
Does it happen to anyone else?

Yes, I have also experienced spending ages trying to get under the size limit without losing lots of quality. And the system didnt accept the ppts that were 2.9 MB large... My highest achievements have been uploading 2.84MB ppt (Memory games7) and 2.86 MB ppt (Wheel of Fortune School 3).

Well, I m really sorry that others are feeling my pain, but I do thank you for confirming that I m A) not alone and B) not crazy.

Any pointers will be gratefully accepted.

I ve changed the limit to 3,5MB
I hope this will be enough to allow 3MB powerpoints.
