I use Powerpoint and "Animation Factory"s animated gifs. As for the sounds, there are lots of sound effect servers. Finally, I use "Audacity" software to convert, trim or cut the sounds.
I love your work, I rarely answer, cause, I frequently have problems writing here, but this time I managed. Thanks for all your work, it has been amazingly useful. Thanks for sharing.
