Here are our very own MontyPython (Marie) and Sirhaj (Sirhajwan Idek), in Dubai for the Global Teacher Prize. This is a very prestigious award and they made the top fifty; exceptionally well done! It �s lovely that they have had the opportunity to meet up and swap stories. Well done, indeed. Update: a teacher from Canada, Maggie Macdonnell, has won the award. Very graciously, and in typically modest style, Sirhajwan says she really deserved to win. He feels privileged and humbled to have met some great teachers - particularly Marie - and he points out that teachers the world over, whether recognised or not, are doing a great job, changing the world, challenging stereotypes and bringing love.
Great stuff! What a fantastic achievement by these two members.

Thank you everyone!!! We took the photo on the first day of the event, 16th March and the event ended on 19th March which was where the announcement was made, Marie is such an adorable person and we are happy to represent ESL Printables, we are inspired by you all and this photo is our acknowledgement of this website and Victor too. We really feel you are all world �s greatest teachers and we hope that ESL printables teachers will continue to be in the top 50 and win this award :)
