"The HOKEY COKEY" A song with DAILY ROUTINE actions

Dear Members,

In my adult ESOL class, we were having fun dancing and singing the Hokey Cokey, with all the arm, leg, and body movements. And then I remembered that, many years ago, I wrote the words for a song on the ESLP Forum, (to be a sung to the Hokey Cokey tune), which had many DAILY ROUTINE Actions included.
I wrote it for my Skype student, Aline Correa, from Tubarao, Brazil. She visited me in the UK, from Brazil, last summer. (She is now a fully qualified English Language Teacher.)
Here is the Forum reference.
"SONGS WITH ACTIONS about DAILY ROUTINES - Hokey Cokey (Hokey Pokey)" 13 February, 2011, ldthemagicman
I just wrote the words for my own amusement, for no other reason. For those who want to use them, please, feel free!

The Hokey Cokey (UK), "The Hokey Pokey", (USA)

Dear Aline 73,

I lie in bed; Im fast asleep;

poke my nose out; and I take a peep;

I Do the Hokey Cokey and I Turn Around;

That s what it s all about:

Oh, Hokey Cokey Cokey,

Oh, Hokey Cokey Cokey,

Oh, Hokey Cokey Cokey,

Knees Bend, Arms Stretch,

RahRahRah!

The clock strikes eight; I get a fright;

sit up straight; and I switch on the light;

I Do the Hokey Cokey and etc.

Im out of bedmy undies on;

stretch my arms; and then I have a yawn;

I Do the Hokey Cokey and etc.

"I brush my teeth; I wash my face;

put my clothes on; and I pack my case;

I Do the Hokey Cokey and etc.

I leave my room; go down the stair;

I go to breakfast; I sit on a chair;

I Do the Hokey Cokey and etc.

I drink my milk; I eat my food;

lick the plate because it tastes so good;

I Do the Hokey Cokey and etc.

I leave my home; I heave a sigh;

kiss my loved ones and I wave Bye Bye;

I Do the Hokey Cokey and etc.

I go to school; push wide the gate;

Im not a fool so I am never late;

I Do the Hokey Cokey and etc.

I enter class; a lovely day;

think what splendid things Ill learn today:

I Do the Hokey Cokey and etc.

So dont go East; and dont go West;

And dont  go North or South cause our Schools BEST.

Our teacher makes our Learning Fun; so we all shout;

Thats what its all about!

 Oh, Hokey Cokey Cokey,

Oh, Hokey Cokey Cokey,

Oh, Hokey Cokey Cokey,

Knees Bend, Arms Stretch,

RahRahRah!

As I say, these words were written purely for my own amusement!
