The topic was can and cannot and I saw that I need an activity to wake my students up. I asked them to pick an action (I can skate, I cannot ski) and mime it. We have done miming many times before (and after) but that day we had the best laugh. It was really funny when they mimed something they couldn �t do (ran and fell, danced very weirdly or read a book upside down). The student who said a correct answer (she cannot dance) was the next one to come in front of the classroom. The idea is nothing special, but it made our day :)
