Colbertine is correct about "Do I?", but a statement about what I think really isn�t appropriate for having a tag question, because you don�t ask someone else what you think. On the other hand, it does work as a rhetorical question.

The only possibility for me is to place the tag related to the activity of reading so, if you are talking to someone it could be as it follows
 
I don�t think reading books is boring... is it?
 
the negative form in the first statement covers the activity of reading as if you were saying reading isn�t boring therefore the �tag� is affirmative.  
That�s my opinion.

I totally agree with jadiafa because the tag here is more appropriate about reading rather than on what I think.
