Are these sentences correct? I have some doubts.

The sentences are a part of a short story.
1) I’ve travelled to school by bus for a week so I thought I’ll have liked it.
2) That day I was in a hurry to school and nearly missed my bus.
3) I got off and checked my pockets; my wallet wasnt there.
4)That was a terrible feeling. I´ve never lost as big an amount of money as this time.
Thank you for your help :-)
Have a good day.

Another idea from a native Brit.  I have changed the tenses because this sounds as if you are relating something that happened in the past with no connection to the present:

1. I had been travelling to school by bus for a week so I should have got used to it by then.
2. That day I was late getting ready for school and nearly missed my bus.
3. OK
4. I felt awful.  I had never lost so much money before!
