Fortunately the content is not the same. You might see it as a compliment that someone takes over your layout.;-))

Katiana, I know exactly how you feel.
This kind of behaviour really gets up my noseand if I hear that irritating clich imitation is the sincerest form of flattery one more time, Ill scream!! In my opinion, its merely used as a cover for laziness, cutting corners and a dearth of creativity.
Keep up the wonderful work [Katiana]. |

I personally think it is a big deal. a.antonides and brune are you holding up your heads
because you are thinking too much????
If someone copied your style and didn t even make an attempt to change the color or format a bit - it would bother you.
Stop this ---. I hate it when people pretend to be better than others.

Katiana - It would bother me, and the compliment thing doesn t interest me.
If 2 women randomly show up at the same party wearing the same dress - they can tell eachother that they have good taste.
If 1 woman goes out and deliberately buys the same dress as another woman - that s stealing her thunder/idea that s not nice.
It s just plain rude to steal someones style and pass it off as theirs. |

This same thing apened like a month ago with about a ws on St Patrick s Day. People said that was not stolen. In the end, the second post was modifyed.
PS: Is it "in the end" or "at the end"?

I copied some pictures from the internet for some of my worksheets. these ws I m mentioning were even published. but it was no soon that they were labeled as stolen. in brief, copying even the images is labeled "stolen" on this website.

For those of you who wrote what s the big deal about someone using Katiana s layouts...........
the big deal is that Katiana has a style all her own and all the hard work she puts into her images and lay-outs characterizes her work and are an integrated part of her style.
Along comes someone else - uses/steals her creativity and fills in some other examples. That, in my book, is theft!!!
In my world of music writing, if a person "borrows" more than 1 minute of a melody, that person can be sued.
I think these two examples are the same. Stop being lazy - and make your own stuff.

I have seen with amazement some teachers are real artists. My admiration and respect.
I do not believe anyone can take others work (with or without content) to produce their own.
