Something Special

Hi everybody,

To begin with, I d like to thank all of you, who contribute to this wonderful site. You ve done an amazing job!

I d also ask you a favour. I work in a private English school and the end of our school year is approaching. I need to prepare something special for my young learners. The last lesson should be fun and memorable. I used games, stories, crafts and videos/dvds throughout the whole year so I ve run of ideas... Maybe you could suggest some creative and exciting activities for students between 5 and 12 years old. I d really appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance,

Marta

Hi Marta

I ve just prepared a "scavenger hunt" for my YLs to do today.

I told them last week that we re going on a "treasure hunt" today and that they should wear comfortable shoes!  They re all hyped up about it.

It s fun, it s active and it keeps them busy for a long time!!!

I think it would work for the age groups you mentioned.

If you PM me your e-mail, I ll send you a copy of the scavenger hunt list I ve prepared so that you can have an idea of what I m talking about and adjust it to suit your needs.

I ve prepared things for them to do both inside & outside (we have gardens).

Good Luck!
Regards from hot, sunny Thessaloniki
Alex
