Lesson Based on "Friends"
This is a lesson based on the first episode of the TV show "Friends". It includes a listening fill-in-the blanks activity based on the script, two sets of questions for each scene and vocabulary lists with additional sample sentences. First ask the first set of questions to focus their listening during the first viewing. Second, do the fill-in-the blanks for the second and perhaps third viewing. Read through the second set of questions and discuss them after a final viewing. Now read through the script with class and refer to the vocabulary lists and sample sentences as needed. Good luck!
