Pronunciation of the alphabet
This is to practice the alphabet and to discover the different sounds of each letter. It works ok with kids and great with adults. Go through each letter and get them to decide which column (sound) it fits into. Then discuss which column has the most and run over the simular sounds again e.g - b, c, d, e, g, p, t, v. Then I get them to dictate several small words at the bottom of the page and we run through the results on the board.
