travelling - DETAILED LESSON PLAN and activity sheet
This is a lesson-plan (page 2)and an activity card(page 3)for advanced levels (I used it with my FCE sts). It磗 perfect for breaking the classical organisation in the classroom, because it lets you use the whole classroom (you can even do it outside), your sts walk around writing tasks on different papers, and what keeps things interesting is that you don磘 explain the whole process in advance to them. Sometimes it even takes two lessons, and my students say it磗 one of the most memorable activities we ever did. And it磗 very useful - lots of English necessary for travelling. (PS: You can use the same activity with people磗 pictures and have sts describe people, you just have to change the questions...) Enjoy!
