inactive internet provider - can t access my account and my worksheets

Hi! I have been a member of ESL printables for many years. I signed up with an account giving my email address at the time. Our internet provider in Cyprus - ending in spidernet.com.cy has stopped operating so I created other email addresses. I cannot access my work on ESL printables as I forgot the password I used to have and I cannot reset my password as the email address I used to register is no longer working. Any ideas how I can access my own work?

If your colleague taught that "maybe" expresses an opinion, they might have been confused. Opinions are usually introduced with phrases like "I think," "In my opinion," or "Personally."

Your 4 points appear clearly on your account. In fact the points are visible the day after your document is no longer visible in the contributions of the day.
Everything is clearly explained in the rules : from the uploading till the moment of the visible points.

Pen friends, box exchange

Hi,
I am an ESL teacher in Quebec, Canada. I have 100 12-13 year olds and  I am also looking for a teacher willing to do a cultural exchange. Instead of having letters only, we would exchange cultural boxes. Inside the box, we would include letters to eachother ´s students, flag of our country, cultural and traditional items, candy, coin samples... If you are interested, let me know! :)

SPEAKING ON ITS LAST LEGS

TEACHING LANGUAGE SKILLS IS REALLY AMAZING AND CHALLENGING AT THE SAME TIME.  I MYSELF BELEIEVE THAT TEACHING DIFFERENT SKILLS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED MANY AND MANY TIMES, BUT HERE I WANT TO RAISE A QUESTION ABOUT TEACHING SPEAKING. IS TEACHING SPEAKING REALLY HARD? SOME TEACHERS SKIP THEIR SPEAKING CLASSES AS THEY THINK IT IS USELESS OR IT IS DIFFICULT TO TEACH. I WANT YOU ALL TO HELP IN GIVING SPEAKING CLASSES ITS IMPORTANCE AND SAVING IT.
DO YOU AGREE THAT SPEAKING IS ON ITS LAST LEGS???

Helping students and learners to improve their speaking skills could be very challenging, discouraging and slow but the beauty of it is in the patience and passion invested in it.Teaching Speaking also depends on the class or category of people that we are handling. However, in all the cases, there are different efficient techniques that could be adopted. I have being using this methods to teach speaking to adults professionals for more than ten years and it is powerfully efficient and result-oriented.
- You must understand your students. When you are dealing with adult professionals for example, Use Androgogy instead of pedagogy as your teaching technique. Androgody is a teaching system that permits you to deal with your students based on their personalities and feelings. Once you are able to know their personalities and feelings, the barrier of inferiority complex and timidity will be broken.
- One of the element that prevented students from speaking is sometimes low self-esteem and lack of self confidence. Students always believe that they lacked sufficient vocabularies, they are afraid to use the pronounciations that seems dominant, they believe that they make too much mistakes, so , instead of creating grammatical or vocabulary scandals, they prefer to keep their mouths shut ! I suggest that you give them a five minute motivational speech before starting the real class because this will make them understand the fact that the only way to improve speaking is to speak and continue to speak until you speak more fluently. Let them understand that timid people may not go far when it comes to learning speaking.
- Discover their center of interest in order to provoke simple conversations in the class. Ask them random questions when they are not preparing for it and encourage them to try.
- As their instructor, avoid correcting them when they are speaking but make sure that you note all the errors which you will later try to correct. This will naturally build their courage and determination. if you keep correcting them when they are speaking, youll unknowingly or unconsciously push them off the track. It is a form of indelibrate distraction.
- Encourage them to read and listen a lot because good readers naturally improve their vocabulary strength and good listeners are generally good speakers !

Thanks.

What if the size of the image you want to replace does not meet the minimum size requirements? For example, if you want to replace a raft wars related image and your image is 1000 pixels in size, it will not be possible to replace it.
