Korean Elementary syllabus Test for grade 6
This a test I made for 6th grade elementary students at my Korean school. It covers units 1 -7 of the set text book and can be used at the end of the first semester. There are four pages. It may also be useful to other teachers who are covering some of the points that are in the test as you can cut and paste the bits you want as it is fully editabl...

Will you help me ....
This is a very simple exercise, matching will you ... questions to pictures and giving an answer. Students can complete the exercise and then practise saying the sentences in pairs. It is particularly useful for the Korean elementary syllabus, grade 6, unit 12 of the set text book.

Comparatives
This is a really simple exercise to get students using comparatives in a real life situation. Students work in pairs and write down comparisons with their partner then read them out to the class. NOTE: I found on using this worksheet that students would write about other students not just their partner so at the end of the lesson we had a competiti...

Saying Goodbye
This is an excellent listening gap-fill for saying goodbye. I had the movie the sound of music from which this song is taken ("So long, farewll") but you can easily download it from Youtube. The students really enjoyed the song and also learnt to say goodbye in French and German!

Possession
This is a very simple game for practising is this your ----? with the answers yes, its mine or no, its not mine. I used it with lesson 9 of the Korean elementary grade 5 set text book but it can be used independently or, perhaps, could be adapted for other useful phrases. PLEASE dont download it, save your points! It doesnt need any materi...

Past Continuous Form and Uses
This is a grammar guide to the uses and forms of the past continuous tense in English. I use it with the past continuous worksheet I uploaded earlier. I go through this guide with the class first using plenty of examples to illustrate the form and uses and then I use the worksheet as a comprehension check. It makes a good 40 to 50 minute lesson.
