I have posted this worksheet before, but it is so helpful, I thought I should do it again. There are a list of comprehension questions and an explanation of what is actually asked. It assists students to understand comprehension and the purpose of questioning. Hope you enjoy!

Reading material that is scaffolded. Testing existing knowledge. Includes a short reading passage and questions. There are 3 - 4 reading exercises. Students find these sheets enjoyable and generally would like to do more than one exercise a day. Very good for remedial reading.
