Zero and First Conditionals
Cut all the squares out in advance. Let the students try to match the two parts of each sentence, and then decide whether it�s zero or first conditional. I usually have them glue the finished sentences onto another sheet of paper.

I use this reading comprehension to help my students with regular and irregular verbs in the past simple form. I also use it to explain the quantifiers �too� and �not enough�, as well as adjectives and clothing vocabulary. I have also used it to explain the use of one/ones in English.

What I like to eat
I use this to practice food, meals and "I like". The students can write which foods they enjoy at each meal, and can then draw on their plates. I also use "What I like to drink" with the older students to explain "I like" followed by the base form of the verb.
