Next Weekend
Students ask each other about what the kids in the pictures are going to do next weekend and have to complete with their names. I really liked these "stick people" pictures, so I am using them again in this exercise. Hope its useful!

Kinds of advertisement
I had some problems when I had to teach this topic with my intermediate groups. Advertisements are always fun to talk about because they are short, fast and they are supposed to call peoples attention. I added some discussion topics and an exercise with slogans. Hope its useful.

New Kids On The Block - Complete the paragraph
Students read about the famous 80s band New Kids on The Block and have to ask each other some questions to complete the missing information. Its good to work with older students (around 30 years old) who can remember the band from their childhood/adolescence.

What are they wearing?
Students are supposed to describe what the people are wearing. I suggested the vocabulary related to clothes to be used, but it would be better if the teacher would review colors, clothes and word order before giving exercise to the students. Hope its useful!
