This is a very simple worksheet which explains some spelling rules for the formation of gerunds (-ing) from base verbs. It gives a few examples and then asks students to form gerunds in sentences that start with the phrase �let�s go ....�

Saying Goodbye
This is an excellent listening gap-fill for saying goodbye. I had the movie �the sound of music� from which this song is taken ("So long, farewll") but you can easily download it from Youtube. The students really enjoyed the song and also learnt to say goodbye in French and German!
