Picture dictation
Picture dictation.
One student draws what the others dictate in turns.
He/she cannot see the drawing. Pass it around to allow everyone to have a turn dictating a part of the picture to the person at the blackboard. They will naturally need to use parts of the body, clothes and comparatives: bigger, longer, curlier, shorter, etc.

Cut outs
Make one copy for each pair of students.
Cut up the sentences into individual words and
put each "set" in envelopes or small boxes.
Give each pair their words.
Working in pair students make as many sentences as possible in, say, five minutes.
They could draw the room as a follow up.
