 I have used this test with my Mathayom one students. It only serves as a template that may be helpful to other teachers. I really hope it helps anyone out there trying to put together a test for students of a similar age to mine :)

 Amazing song from Neil Young. The transcript of the song has merely had 10 words blanked out. Page 2 allows the students to choose the correct word for each blank, from one to ten. The worksheet is to be used with the video of the song. I used the link at the bottom of page two, to save the video locally to my hard drive. Not a very beautiful works...
