I prepared this worksheet to work on the Simple Present with my students. It�s supposed to be an oral activity. I asked my students to walk around the classroom and interview their classmates in order to complete the exercise. After doing so, I asked questions and they could use the third person singular as well.

I think it�s a good way for you to start talking about the USED TO with your students. Besides that, they love talking about their favorite stars! USEFUL HINT: Why don�t you ask them to bring pictures to the classroom? You can do something like BEFORE and AFTER.

Before practing how to write things in the past, the teacher can do the activity orally with the students in order to introduce the past tense of the verbs. I do think it may help you, friends.
USEFUL HINT: It would be nice if you introduced some linking words, showing your students that they have other possibilities. I did it and it really worke...
