I love Information Gap Exercises - and I find they work really well with my classes.
This one is intended for intermediate students in need of quite a lot of scaffolding - page 2 contains the questions they need.

The Number Quiz / 2 pages
Students play this game in groups of 2 - 4. The purpose is to drill the numbers.
Print as many sets as you need for your students. One set per group. Write the numbers (with letters) on the back of one of the sets and photocopy them onto the others. Laminate all your pages and cut them into small game cards.
