Students watch the movie half way. Students read the text part one and answer comprehension questions. They also name the characters and match them with the description. They then watch the second part read the text and answer the questions orally as a class.

Matching Homonyms
Cut out the cards and match the homonyms. Place the cards faced down and play a memory game where they have to match the homonym.
In groups of four distribute the cards to each player and students make homonym pairs and with the remaining cards they try and get a pair by selecting in turns from the other players.

Gerunds find someone who likes
This activity worked well in my class. Students make the questions using the gerunds available. They then match the picture with the question and finally they find a student that likes that activity. It gets them off their chair and also helps with group dynamics
