peer feedback
Hi, I always copyied 2 of these on one sheet of paper, so there were actually 4 on each page. Everytime someone does a presentation I hand them out to the class and they give the feedback to the presenter afterwards, so they can improve for next time. This handout goes with the wall display I also posted, and the shapes and icons match up. Kids are...

BINGO - Find someone who
This is an activity, students have to collect signatures of people who ... and try to get a BINGO that way. I am using it as an introduction to the new unit on teen magazines. It could also be used in other ways. Students walk around the room and ask each other questions.

The 12 months of the year word wheel
This is a tool for the students to practice vocabulary. print it on cardboard, and then cut out the two wheels, secure with paper fastener in the middle. It is designed for German students studying English, but you can edit the German words and put any language. you can also use it as a template for new vocab fields. it only looks screwed up in...

themselves vs. each other
This was the grammar entry they students had to copy into their grammar books. We played the game: "1 true statement, 2 lies" they had to think of 3 things they did themselves, 2 made up ones and one true one and then play in groups of 4 and try to figure out the true statements of their peers.

role cards at the restaurant
I used these in a 9th grade EFL class to prepare the students for the Eurocom. First they got to read a whole dialogue between a waiter and clients and answer questions and then they had to practice their own dialogues. I had props to make it more fun and they enjoyed the activity.

sense of balance - biology - vestibular system
I created this for a bilingual Biology lesson in Germany, it has a vocabulary part that can be folded to the back. You can easily change the vocabulary in there to your own language or delete that column completely. We did an experiment on the sense of balance first (also in my printables, "walk the line") then we talked about the sense of balance ...

feedback on oral presentations
Hi, it looks screwed up in the preview, but once downloaded, it comes out normal!! I blew up these speechbubbles and put them on the classroom wall. They help my students to give their peers feedback on oral presentations. I am also posting a slide on how I introduced the topic and a little handout for students to fill our for their peers while ...

vocabulary wheel the time
another vocab wheel. This time the students need to draw in the minute and hour hands. at first I had the German translations, and thought everyone could edit them for their own language, but unfortunately that violates the page rules. So now you either keep the clocks or you put in your language translation for the times... Again, it looks screwed...
