This project is part of my homophobia segment. The students watch a few clips on youtube on the itgetsbetterproject channel. Oprah and Elie Wiesel visit Auschwitz
The students answer the questions as they watch the TV show. It may be available on youtube but you can also buy the DVD on oprah.com. I show this to my students BEFORE we start reading NIGHT. It gives them a very good idea of what the Holocaust was like.

Glee deals with homophobia
I use this Glee episode in my Enriched ELS class in secondary 3, so 9th grade. They Watch the episode, take notes, then, write a summary to demonstrate their understanding. I do this evaluation as a part of my unit on homophobia. Enjoy!
