Scrambled Eggs - A Great Warm-Up Easter Egg Game
A great opposites game to start any class - students find the other half of their egg. I work with younger children so the opposites I use are easy ones - you can easily change the words to something more challenging if needed (I have used this with adults and it worked well). Instructions included on last page (6 pages here).

Brain Game
What do we spend most of the time thinking about? I used this little game as a warm-up with an adults conversation class. It is not suitable for children - though if the examples were changed it could be.

Interesting questions for conversation class (animals) - intermediate
I wanted to start my adults conversation class with something fun and light-hearted and so prepared this little worksheet. With some animal worksheets from Frenchfrog and partitives from evadp75 (many thanks!) and an animal quiz (my own, will post it tomorrow, Nutty Animal Quiz) the 2 hour lesson was really great! Hope its useful to someone.

Easter Quiz
Here is a simple quiz I use with the children at Easter. The class is divided into 3 or 4 teams. I usually turn it into a "Who wants to be a millionaire?" game - they can "phone a friend" (in this case phone anyone in the room), "50/50" (I eliminate 2 answers) or "ask the audience" (in this case the rest of the class). Lots of fun!

Mr Skeleton Game and chant
Hi, this idea comes from DLTK holidays site but Ive changed the rhyme to suit my needs - its a great game to play for Halloween. If it is not considered ok because the original idea is from another site then I will happily remove it! Otherwise Happy Halloween!

Describing Sounds
When working on the five senses I made this little matching exercise to go with what I can hear. Students then listened to recorded sounds and tried to describe them. Makes a fun lesson. Key included.
