When is your birthday?
Page one is for students to fill in. They must ask 3 boys, 2 girls and the teacher, what is your name, and when is your birthday.
My students are not able to write their months yet so page 2 has lots of tiny months which i cut out and they have to recognise the month and glue it down. Lots of fun!

Then when the other student replies they can mark it off on their sheet. I usually give them 6 mins or so and then count the bingos to see who is the winner.
